These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any custom signage, illuminated displays, digital menu boards, or printed packaging products from us. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. 1. Custom Orders & Artwork Proofing Design Approval: For custom-made or illuminated signage, we provide a digital design proof prior to production. It is the customer's responsibility to review all dimensions, spellings, colors, and technical specifications before giving final approval. Production Start: Manufacturing begins only after proof approval and full or agreed payment receipt. Color Variations: Minor variations in color may occur between digital screen previews (RGB) and physical printed or illuminated outputs (CMYK/LED color temperatures). 2. Pricing & Payments All prices listed on the website are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct accidental pricing errors prior to order acceptance. Full payment is required at checkout unless alternative commercial terms have been agreed upon in writing. 3. Lead Times & Delivery Production Lead Times: Estimated production times (typically 7–10 working days) are estimates and do not include courier transit times. Delivery: Orders are delivered via tracked courier services across the United Kingdom. Damaged Goods: Custom signage and fragile items must be inspected upon arrival. Any damage during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. 4. Cancellation & Returns Policy Bespoke / Custom Products: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made items, custom-cut lettering, and personalized packaging cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced, unless the item is defective or manufactured incorrectly against the approved proof. Standard Non-Custom Items: Unused, standard non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense. 5. Electrical & Installation Compliance All illuminated products operate on low-voltage LED drivers supplied with your order. We strongly recommend that all hardwired or permanent outdoor electrical signage be installed by a qualified electrician in compliance with UK wiring regulations.
